Granola

What it is for

Granola is a bot-free AI meeting notepad: it captures device audio, then turns your calendar events into notes you can chat with. Use it when the job is enhanced notes without a calendar bot in the call, not when you need a DAW.

It is not open source. Basic exists ($0). Business is the first public paid card.

What makes it unique: the cover is Granola’s official Granola 101 home — Coming up calendar cards, a notes sidebar, and folders — the live notepad, not a wordmark.

Key features

• Coming up — calendar meetings become notes; Start now on a live card (cover).
• Bot-free capture — desktop, iOS, Android, and Apple Watch on every public card.
• Shared folders — My notes plus a team space (cover sidebar).
• Granola Chat — questions inside one meeting or across meetings (Auto on Basic; model picker on Business+).
• History — Basic 30 days; Business and Enterprise unlimited.

Who it's for

Best fit: founders and small teams who want notes from device audio and will pay when 30-day history runs out.

Poor fit: people who want a calendar bot in every Zoom (MeetGeek) or a local meeting window on the Mac (Superwhisper).
