Our take
Pick Fantastical if apple-calendar people who will stay on Free at $0 while they open a first week + agenda, then Individual Premium at $56.99/year when they need Openings / calendar-set sync — not monthly $6.99 unless they want a one-month bridge after the 14-day trial. Pick Notion Calendar if notion users who will stay on Free at $0 while they open a first week and block Focus time — then Plus at $10/member/month
