Fantastical - AI Tools Nav

What it is for

Fantastical is a Flexibits calendar: you open an iPad week (October 2026) beside the agenda, and Free is $0. Use it when the job is a week you start at a public $, not when you need Morgen’s Inbox 27 only.

Soft-note: flexibits.com/pricing hides dollar amounts until checkout. The US App Store listing prints Flexibits Premium $6.99 and $56.99 (Individual monthly / yearly) plus Family $10.49 / $89.99. Distinct from Morgen, Reclaim, and Calendly.

What makes it unique: the cover is Fantastical’s official iPad week + agenda (October 2026, sidebar TODAY / TOMORROW / SUNDAY / MONDAY, blocks Final project meeting / Food of the basement / Clean basement / Half Marathon, week grid with green / orange events, +) — not a wordmark. The Final project meeting block itself is ops of Week.

Key features

Week grid — the iPad week canvas (cover still; calendar views). One desk. Cover Final project meeting sits here.
Agenda sidebar — TODAY / TOMORROW / weekday list (cover). A list, not a Premium tile.
Event blocks — Clean basement / Half Marathon (cover). Blocks, not a $6.99 meter.
Mini month — October 2026 in the sidebar (cover). A month, not Get Started.
Day / Week / Month / Quarter / Year — full-screen views (help). Views, not Enterprise.
Natural-language add — “Lunch with John at 123 Main Street on Tuesday” (flexibits.com/pricing Free column). A parser, not Team.

Start trial / Upgrade are CTAs (not desks). Free / Individual / Family / Team tiles stay in Pricing. Fantastical Connector (MCP) for Claude stays off Key features as an AI extra.

Who it's for

Best fit: Apple-calendar people who will stay on Free at $0 while they open a first week + agenda, then Individual Premium at $56.99/year when they need Openings / calendar-set sync — not monthly $6.99 unless they want a one-month bridge after the 14-day trial.

Pricing

Verified 2026-10-23 (Asia/Shanghai). Soft-note: Flexibits’ own pricing page lists Free / Individual / Family / Team and hides $ until checkout. Dollars below are US App Store in-app purchases on the Fantastical Calendar listing (seller: Flexibits Inc.).

Free — $0. Always-free column on flexibits.com/pricing: add accounts, add events / tasks, notifications, full-screen day / week / month / quarter / year, iCloud Reminders / Todoist / Google Tasks.
Flexibits Premium Individual — $6.99/month or $56.99/year (App Store IAP names “Flexibits Premium”). 14-day trial. Unlocks scheduling (Openings / Proposals / RSVP), calendar-set sync, Apple Watch, travel time, and Cardhop Premium.
Premium for Families — $10.49/month or $89.99/year (App Store; up to 5 members on the Flexibits page).
Team — SSO + Openings with multiple hosts; 14-day trial. $ hidden until checkout. Do not invent a Team $.

Confirm the App Store or Flexibits checkout for your storefront; taxes follow Apple / Flexibits.

Limitations / costs

Flexibits.com does not print $. Cite the App Store IAP matrix, then pay checkout.
Openings / Proposals / Watch sync sit on Premium. Free is a real calendar; it is not the full scheduler.
A week + agenda, not Morgen’s Inbox 27. For that planner see Morgen.
The product is not OSS. We omit a GitHub CTA.

Alternatives

Morgen — an AI week planner when you want Individual yearly $15/mo, not Fantastical’s iPad October 2026 agenda.
Reclaim — calendar defense when you want Lite $0 / Starter $10, not Flexibits Openings.
Calendly — event-type booking when you want Free $0 / Standard $10, not a native week grid.
