Notion Calendar

What it is for

Notion Calendar is a week-grid calendar desk (formerly Cron): you open the week, block Focus time, and it is Free to every Notion Free user — no separate Calendar SKU. Use it when the job is a week you start at a public $, not when you need Fantastical’s App Store Premium only.

Soft-note: Free $0 under the Notion Free plan (includes Notion Calendar) + Plus $10 / Business $20 per member / month on the cards we fetched. Distinct from Fantastical, Reclaim, and Amie.

What makes it unique: the cover is Notion’s official week UI + Block on calendar (Growth Optimization Weekly 2–3PM, Debrief: Pedro | Data Visualization Designer II 3PM, Focus time 3:30–5PM, Date night! 7–9PM, context menu Block / Cut / Copy / Duplicate / Delete) from the personal-block-events still — not a wordmark. The Block on calendar row itself is ops of the week.

Key features

• Week grid — Growth Optimization Weekly / Debrief: Pedro / Focus time / Date night! (cover still; product). One desk. Cover Focus time sits here.
• Block on calendar — the context-menu command (cover). A block, not a Plus tile.
• Focus time — 3:30–5PM on the cover (cover; manage events). A focus block, not a $10 meter.
• Color-coded calendars — Work / Data Science / Kids on the cover rail (cover). Calendars, not Get started.
• Built-in scheduling — share availability / a scheduling link (product). A link, not Enterprise.
• Connect Notion pages — attach docs and view database timelines next to events (product; use with Notion). A page, not SSO.

Get Notion / Sign up are CTAs (not desks). Free / Plus / Business $ stay in Pricing. Notion AI Meeting Notes / Agent stay off Key features as AI extras.

Who it's for

Best fit: Notion users who will stay on Free at $0 while they open a first week and block Focus time — then Plus at $10/member/month when they need the rest of the Notion Plus card, not Fantastical Premium first unless they want a Flexibits Mac calendar.

Pricing

Verified 2026-10-23 (Asia/Shanghai) from notion.com/pricing plus product/calendar and the launch post (“free to all users”). Soft-note: Calendar has no separate SKU; the Free card prints Notion Calendar.

• Free — $0 per member / month. Includes Notion Calendar (and a Notion AI trial).
• Plus — $10 per member / month on the card we fetched.
• Business — $20 per member / month on the card we fetched.
• Enterprise — “Custom pricing.” Do not invent an Enterprise $.
• Confirm the live monthly vs yearly toggle; do not invent a second Calendar price.

Limitations / costs

• Team calendars, Focus time, and OOO need Google Workspace-managed accounts (teams; manage events).
• Mobile cannot create scheduling snippets, OOO, or Focus events (apps).
• Google Calendar events do not import into Notion databases yet (product FAQ).
• A week desk, not Fantastical’s App Store Premium. For that Flexibits calendar see Fantastical.
• The product is not OSS. We omit a GitHub CTA rather than invent a product repo.

Alternatives

• Fantastical — a Flexibits calendar when you want Free $0 / Premium ~$6.99/mo, not Notion’s week + Block on calendar.
• Reclaim — an AI week defender when you want Lite $0 / Starter $10, not a Notion-connected grid.
• Amie — a calendar + bot-free notepad when you want Pro $20, not Focus time on a Notion week.
