Amie - AI Tools Nav

What it is for

Amie is a calendar plus bot-free meeting notepad: it sits on Google / Apple calendars, records the call from your device, and drafts notes and emails you can send. Use it when the job is notes that live next to the calendar, not when you need a clip library or a DAW.

It is not open source. A 7-day free trial exists. Pro $20 is the first public paid card on the yearly toggle we fetched.

What makes it unique: the cover is Amie’s official Week Kickoff workspace — timeline bullets, action items, and an email draft — not a slogan poster.

Key features

Google / Apple calendar — the notepad sits on the week you already live in (Pricing).
Bot-free recording — capture the call from the desktop app so no bot joins the meeting.
Meeting notes — Week Kickoff-style bullets and action items next to the calendar.
AI-drafted emails — turn the notes into a follow-up you can send.
AI Scheduling — find time on the same calendar instead of bouncing to another tool.

Who it's for

Best fit: people already living in a calendar who will pay when they want notes and follow-up mail without inviting a bot.

Poor fit: teams that want a recorded clip library (Grain) or unlimited Free recordings (Fathom).
