Knock is a notification desk: you create a workflow (or a one-shot broadcast), send it across channels, and Developer starts at $0/month (10K messages) or Starter at $250/month (50K). Use it when the job is messages you start at $0 / 10K, not when you need a $20 chat seat.

What makes it unique: the cover is the official Knock Workflows list (Create workflow, event / API triggers, channel icons) from the quick-start docs still — not a pricing card. The list itself is ops of Workflows.

• Workflows — an event- or API-triggered send graph (create-workflow still; docs). One graph. Email / push / in-app / SMS / Slack are channel steps on this, not five products. Batch and delay sit on this.
• Broadcasts — a one-shot campaign you run to an audience (broadcast editor). A send, not an event workflow. Messages from broadcasts share the message meter with workflows.
• Guides — an in-app changelog / carousel card you author (guides editor; pricing Developer 500 guide active users). A card in their product, not a workflow email.
• Preferences — the opt-in grid a recipient edits (docs). A consent, not a send. Per-customer branding of this grid prints on Enterprise.
• Recipients — users / objects / tenants you notify (docs). A person (or object), not the graph. Multi-tenancy and Google SSO sit on Developer. Directory sync (SCIM) prints on Enterprise.

Messages (workflow + broadcast) and guide active users are the Cloud meters. AI agent credits (500 on Developer, then $0.01/credit) are SKU of the agent function, not a sixth surface. Channel SDKs are install.

Limitations / costs
