Our take
Pick FigJam if you're on a team who will stay on Starter Free while they open a first sticky jam, then a Professional Collab seat at $3/month when they need paid FigJam — not Full $16 first unless they also need Figma Design, and not Organization $55 unless they need org libraries. Pick Mural if you're workshop facilitators who will run the same board weekly. Skip Mural if you're solo mappers (Xmind) or C4 modelers
