Our take
Pick FigJam if teams who will stay on Starter Free while they open a first sticky jam, then a Professional Collab seat at $3/month when they need paid FigJam — not Full $16 first unless they also need Figma Design, and not Organization $55 unless they need org libraries. Pick Miro if teams who will stay on Free at $0 (3 editable boards) while they open a first story-map board, then Starter at $8/member/month billed
