Our take
Pick Fantastical if apple-calendar people who will stay on Free at $0 while they open a first week + agenda, then Individual Premium at $56.99/year when they need Openings / calendar-set sync — not monthly $6.99 unless they want a one-month bridge after the 14-day trial. Pick MeetingBar if mac users who will stay on Free OSS while they Join next a first 11:00 Management sync — then keep it at $0, not Fantastical
