Our take
Pick Captions if creators who already film themselves and want captions plus generative B-roll in one app. Pick Submagic if creators who will pay Starter so a watermark-free 2-minute export is more than a 3-clip trial. Skip Captions if people who start from a blog URL (Pictory) or a meeting bot (tl;dv).
