Tome was a prompt-to-deck app: you typed a brief and it generated a card-based presentation (metrics, product stills, quotes). Use this page when the job is the Tome slides product — not Lightfield CRM.

Tome Slides sunset on April 30, 2025. tome.app is 404. The founding team’s current product is Lightfield (AI CRM). AngelList acquired the Tome brand. Un-exported decks were deleted.

What makes it unique: the cover is an official Tome-generated result still (POS terminal, 47% / 30K tiles, quote) — a real deck output, not a logo tile.

• Prompt-to-deck — type a brief and generate a multimedia first draft, then fine-tune page by page (cover is an official result still; last public product).
• AI text rewrite — highlight a tile, open AI edit, then Keep / Try Again a rewrite, shorten, or tone change (AI rewrite help).
• AI image generation — create a still with Stable Diffusion SDXL 1.0, or pull an Unsplash photo into the tile (last public product card).

Best fit: people who still have an exported Tome deck or who need the historical product note.

Pricing

Verified 2026-10-22 (Asia/Shanghai). tome.app is 404. There is no Tome checkout. Last public slides cards (Basic / Professional / Enterprise), widely mirrored and consistent with the UsagePricing post-mortem:

• Basic (Free) — $0. 500 AI credits/person/month.
• Professional — $16/user/month billed annually (about $20/user/month billed monthly). Unlimited AI credits.
• Enterprise — about $40/user/month (SSO / admin / API on the last public card).

Lightfield (current company product, not Tome Slides) on lightfield.app/pricing: Starter $89/user/mo; Pro $999/mo per workspace billed annually; Growth $1,999/mo. Do not list those as Tome slide prices.

Limitations / costs

• The slides product is gone. Do not expect tome.app to generate a deck.
• Un-exported tomes were deleted at sunset.
• Lightfield is a CRM. Buying Lightfield does not restore Tome Slides.
• Last Tome $ is historical. There is no 2026 Tome seat.

Alternatives

• Gamma — living prompt-to-deck (Plus $9/seat/mo annual on the public card).
• Decktopus — living AI slides with a credit meter (Pro $24.99/mo or $9.99/mo annual).
• Beautiful.ai — designer-constrained slides if you want Smart Slides, not Tome cards.
