Svix is a webhooks desk: you send a message, your customer’s endpoint receives it, and you can start Free at $0 (50k messages / month). Use it when the job is outbound webhooks you start at $0, not when you need a $20 chat seat.

Key features

• Messages — a payload you dispatch to endpoints (pricing 50k included). One send. Retries are free on the billing note we fetched (only attempted messages count; filtered/no-sink and retries are free). The SDK is install.
• Endpoints — a customer URL that receives messages (cover). A sink, not a send. Add Endpoint is ops of this.
• App Portal — the white-label desk you embed so a customer adds their own endpoint (embedded-view-screen). A portal, not a message. Unbranded portal sits on Professional.
• Stream — a firehose of events you keep, separate from one-shot dispatch (pricing Dispatch, Stream and Ingest). A log, not a single POST.
• Ingest — inbound webhooks you accept and fan out. A receive, not a dispatch you originated. Static IPs and object-storage sinks sit on Professional.

Messages are the meter (each 64 KiB chunk counts as one). Free is $0 / 50k / month. Basic overage prints $0.0001/message.
