mmhmm

What it is for

mmhmm is a virtual camera (site brand Airtime): you open the Monochrome look editor, pick Color / Frame / Pattern / Background blur, and Individual is $10/mo billed annually. Use it when the job is a look you start at a public $, not when you need Loom’s Starter Free async share only. The catalog slug stays mmhmm.

Soft-note: Individual $10/mo annual / $12 monthly + Team $10/seat/mo annual / $12 monthly + 14-day trial. Distinct from Loom, Riverside, and OBS Studio.

What makes it unique: the cover is Airtime Camera’s official Monochrome look editor (LIA name tag, Color / Frame / Pattern / Background blur) from airtime.com/camera — not a wordmark. Soft-note: marketing crop, real Look chrome. The Background blur control itself is ops of a Look.

Key features

• Monochrome look editor — preview + LIA tag (cover still; airtime.com/camera). One desk. Cover LIA sits here.
• Color — swatches on the right rail (cover). Color, not a Team tile.
• Frame — Off / geometric frames (cover). A frame, not a $10 meter.
• Pattern — Off / dot / grid overlays (cover). A pattern, not Get Airtime.
• Background blur — Off / On (cover; Looks help). Blur, not Enterprise.
• Name tag — LIA on the preview (cover; Name tags). A tag, not Zoom’s logo row.

Sign up / Start trial are CTAs (not desks). Individual / Team $ stay in Pricing. Zoom / Teams / Meet / Webex logos stay off Key features as marketing chrome.

Who it's for

Best fit: presenters who will pay Individual $10/mo annual while they set a first Monochrome look + name tag — not Team $10/seat first unless they need shared Looks, and not OBS Studio unless they want a $0 GPL mixer.

Pricing

Verified 2026-10-23 (Asia/Shanghai) from airtime.com/pricing (mmhmm.app redirects here). Soft-note: the page prints $10 / $12.

• Individual — $10/month billed annually, or $12/month billed monthly. Camera + Recorder + Stacks + Creator on the card we fetched.
• Team — $10/seat/month billed annually, or $12/seat/month billed monthly.
• 14-day free trial — unlimited Creator / Camera / Stacks; Recorder capped at 5 recordings of up to 5 minutes each. No credit card to start on that copy.
• Works on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex on the pricing card — that is a platform list, not a sixth Look control.

Confirm checkout; taxes may apply.

Limitations / costs

• Trial Recorder is capped (5 × 5-min). Camera during trial is unlimited on the copy we fetched.
• The live site brand is Airtime. This catalog row keeps slug mmhmm.
• A virtual camera, not Loom’s Starter Free async share. For that share see Loom.
• The product is not OSS. We omit a GitHub CTA rather than invent a product repo.

Alternatives

• Loom — async screen + cam when you want Starter Free / Business $18, not Airtime’s Monochrome look.
• Riverside — a browser studio when you want Free $0 / Pro $24, not a virtual webcam.
• OBS Studio — an open mixer when you want GPL $0, not Individual $10.
