Fullstory

What it is for

Fullstory is a hosted Session Playlist desk: you watch a live visitor, and FullstoryFree is $0 for 30,000 sessions / month (12 months retention, up to 10 users). Use it when the job is a replay list you start at $0, not when you need a $20 chat seat.

What makes it unique: the cover is Fullstory’s official Session Playlist (Include Live Sessions, Megan Lopez / Nicole Sanchez live rows, cargorentalsfs.com/search/rental, Desktop · Windows) from the Getting Started still — not a marketing hero. The rows themselves are ops of Session Playlist.

Key features

• Session Playlist — the live / recent replay list (cover still; Getting Started). One desk. Cover New visitor! rows sit here.
• Session replay — a pixel-perfect reconstruction of one session (How capture works). A playback, not the list.
• Omnisearch — search dashboards, segments, clicks, page visits (Omnisearch still). A finder, not a playlist row.
• Heatmaps / click / scroll / conversion maps — aggregate page insight (pricing). A map, not a session.
• Funnels / journeys / retention — product-analytics charts on Fullcapture data (pricing). A path, not replay.

Summarize with StoryAI on the cover is a CTA on the playlist (not a sixth desk). FullstoryFree 30k sessions is the meter. Business / Advanced / Enterprise are quote-only — do not invent a seat $.

Who it's for

Best fit: UX / product teams who will stay on FullstoryFree at $0 (30k sessions, 10 users) while they open a first Session Playlist, then request a paid quote when they need Dashboards or StoryAI.

Pricing

Verified 2026-10-23 (Asia/Shanghai) from fullstory.com/pricing (FAQ) and fullstory.com/plans. Paid cards we opened were quote-only. Do not invent a Business dollar.

• FullstoryFree — $0. No credit card. 30,000 sessions / month. 12 months analytics retention. Up to 10 users. Session Replay, basic analytics, debugging tools.
• Business / Advanced / Enterprise — request pricing & demo. Confirm the live quote.
• Add-ons named on the page — Mobile, StoryAI, Guides and Surveys, Multi-Org. Confirm the live add-on quote.

Confirm checkout; taxes follow your location.

Limitations / costs

• Paid plans hid every dollar. Quote only FullstoryFree $0 / 30k sessions.
• A Session Playlist desk, not Jam’s bug-replay capture. For that capture see Jam.

Alternatives

• Jam — a bug replay you attach to a ticket when you want Jam’s public $, not Fullstory’s Playlist.
• PostHog — session replay + analytics you can self-host.
• Mixpanel — event Insights when you want Mixpanel’s public $, not Fullcapture replay.
