Our take
Pick Shottr if mac makers who will stay on Free at $0 (nag after 30 days) while they copy a first OKLCH, then Basic at $12 once when they need a commercial license — not Friends Club $30 first unless they want experimental builds. Pick TextSniper if people who will pay $7.99 to OCR a slide — not CleanShot X first unless they want a full capture suite.
