Our take
Pick Retell if you're on a team that want a voice agent today and will pay minutes + add-ons, without an annual commit. Pick Ultravox if you're a builder who will burn 30 free minutes, then $0.05 / min, and may clone the MIT model. Skip Retell if you're buyers who want one all-in minute that already includes the LLM (Bland). Skip Ultravox if you're on a team that want one all-in talk-time rate with LLM/STT/TTS
