Pick Retell if you're on a team that want a voice agent today and will pay minutes + add-ons, without an annual commit. Pick Smallest.ai if you're voice-stack builders who will spend $10 credits, then $0.09–$0.21 / min. Skip Retell if you're buyers who want one all-in minute that already includes the LLM (Bland). Skip Smallest.ai if you're a creator who want a $6 one-time MP3 pack (Narakeet).
