Our take
Pick Mimestream if mac Gmail users on macOS 12+ who will run the 14-day trial while they open a first Primary thread — then Individual at $49.99/yr (or $4.99/mo), not Shortwave Business $30/seat first unless they want an email agent, and not if they need IMAP / Outlook. Pick Shortwave if people who will reconnect Gmail and pay $30/seat after the trial. Skip Shortwave if people who want a general assistant (ChatGPT)
