Our take
Pick Ghostty if macOS / Linux users who will stay on OSS $0 while they open a first native-tab split, not a Warp Build $20 seat. Pick Termius if people who will stay on Starter Free while they open a first AWS host — then Pro at US$10/mo yearly when they need synced vault / snippets automation, not Warp Build $20 first unless they want an agentic local terminal, and not if they only need a local emulator.
