Our take
Pick Eraser if engineering teams who will stay on Free at $0/member/month (3 files / 3 AI diagrams / 7-day history) while they open a first region frame, then Starter at $15/member/month billed annually ($20 monthly) when they need unlimited files — not Business $45/$60 unless they need SAML / 250 AI diagrams. Pick Napkin if operators and educators who already have the words and need a diagram, not a photo. Skip
