Tally

What it is for

Tally is a hosted form-summary desk: you read answers on Summary, and Free is €0 (unlimited forms and submissions inside fair use). Use it when the job is a response summary you start at a public $, not when you need a $20 chat seat.

What makes it unique: the cover is Tally’s official Summary (Anete workspace, Remote working, tabs Summary / Submissions / Share / Integrations / Settings, Your name 1 response / Lucy / Just now, Your closest office 1 response / London / Just now) from the Summary still on how-to-name-fields — not a pricing card. The answers themselves are ops of Summary.

Key features

• Summary — a per-question rollup of submitted answers (cover still; help). One desk. Cover Lucy / London / 1 response sit here. Edit / Share sit here as CTAs, not a sixth desk.
• Submissions — a response table (one row per respondent, one column per question title) (help; PDF export). A table, not a Summary card. Download CSV / Download PDF sit here.
• Form builder — the doc-style blocks you type and publish (help). A form, not a Summary answer. / blocks, page breaks, and Thank You pages sit here.
• Integrations — a destination you send answers to (Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, Slack, webhooks, …) (pricing; cover Integrations tab). A sync, not a Summary name.
• Payments — a Stripe charge you attach to a form (pricing “Collect payments”; official Stripe walkthrough). A charge, not an integration mapping.

Home / Search / Members / Workspaces on the cover are navigation (not desks). Free / Pro / Business tiles are the meter. Tally AI generate and the MCP server are AI extras, not a sixth desk we fold into Summary.

Who it's for

Best fit: ops / research teams who will stay on Free at €0 (unlimited forms and submissions) while they open a first Summary, then Pro at €20/month yearly when they need no Tally badge, a custom domain, or team workspaces.

Pricing

Verified 2026-10-23 (Asia/Shanghai) from tally.so/pricing. The page we fetched prints EUR tiles (Pay yearly = 2 months off). Figures below are those printed tiles — do not invent a USD conversion.

• Free — €0. Unlimited forms and submissions inside fair use. Payments, signatures, file uploads (10 MB / file), custom Thank You, conditional logic, calculations, webhooks, Google Sheets / Notion / Airtable / Zapier / Make. No time cap.
• Pro — €20/month on the yearly toggle we fetched. Remove Tally branding. Custom domains. Unlimited collaborators. Partial submissions. Custom CSS. Custom email domains. Form visit + drop-off analytics. 30-day version history. Unlimited uploads (no 10 MB cap). Premium integrations (GA / Meta Pixel).
• Business — €65/month on the same yearly toggle. Everything in Pro plus data-retention controls, email verification, 90-day version history.
• Enterprise — not a separate printed tile on the page we opened. Confirm checkout if you need a quote.

Confirm checkout; taxes follow your location. The monthly toggle was not the selected state we fetched — do not invent a monthly euro.

Limitations / costs

• Free keeps the Tally badge and a 10 MB upload cap. A branded custom-domain form is Pro €20.
• Tiles print EUR, not USD. Quote €0 / €20 / €65; confirm the live currency at checkout.
• A Summary desk, not Fillout’s Analytics drop-off chart. For that chart see Fillout.

Alternatives

• Fillout — form Analytics when you want Fillout Free $0 / Starter $15, not Tally’s Lucy / London Summary.
• Formbricks — surveys you can self-host when you want Formbricks, not Tally Free €0.
• Rows — a spreadsheet you share when you want Rows’ public $, not a form Summary.
