Raindrop.io

What it is for

Raindrop.io is a bookmark + masonry library: you open the Beautiful Web collection and scan a 12-up photo grid, and Free is $0 with unlimited bookmarks. Use it when the job is a visual library you start at a public $, not when you need Readwise Reader's highlight pipeline only.

Soft-note: buy UI is Paddle — HTML hid $; we quote the first-party blog + help ~20% yearly note. Distinct from Readwise and Anytype.

What makes it unique: the cover is Raindrop's official Beautiful Web masonry (RAINDROP All 1,366, Unsorted 92, Design nest Inspiration / Material Design / Beautiful Web 25, search Beautiful Web, View, grid of fog / beach / feathers / parrot / ocean / hat / mountain) from screenshot.e362c4f5.jpg on raindrop.io — not a logo poster. The Beautiful Web row itself is ops of the sidebar.

Key features

• Collections sidebar — All / Unsorted / Design nest (cover still; raindrop.io). One desk. Cover Beautiful Web 25 sits here.
• All count — 1,366 on All (cover). A count, not a Pro tile.
• Search — Beautiful Web in the top field (cover). A field, not a $3 meter.
• Masonry grid — fog ridge / sunset beach / feathers / parrot / ocean / red notebook / mountain (cover). A grid, not yearly.
• View toggle — View on the top right (cover). A view, not Paddle.
• New collection — the footer create row (cover). A create, not Get Started.

New collection is a CTA (not a seventh desk). Free / Pro tiles stay in Pricing. Stella AI stays off Key features as an AI extra.

Who it's for

Best fit: savers who will stay on Free at $0 (unlimited bookmarks / collections / devices) while they open a first Beautiful Web grid, then Pro at $3/month or $2.30/month yearly (+VAT) when they need full-text search / archive — not App Store pricing first unless they buy there.

Pricing

Verified 2026-10-23 (Asia/Shanghai) from first-party Top 10 Pocket Alternatives in 2026 ($3/mo, $2.30/mo annual +VAT) and Subscription (~20% yearly). Soft-note: raindrop.io/pro/buy is a Paddle checkout — the HTML we fetched printed no $.

• Free — $0. Unlimited bookmarks, collections, tags, highlights, collaborators, devices. File uploads 100 MB/month. Help: no time limit.
• Pro — $3/month, or $2.30/month on the annual plan +VAT (~20% off). Full-text search, web archive, annotations, reminders, broken-link / duplicate tools, backups, 10 GB/month uploads.
• Paddle / stores — web checkout via Paddle; iOS / Android via the stores. Do not invent a store $.

Confirm checkout; taxes / VAT follow your location.

Limitations / costs

• Full-text search and archive are Pro. The Beautiful Web grid on the cover is Free.
• The buy page hid $ in HTML. We quote the blog $3 / $2.30 and the help ~20% note, then re-check Paddle.
• A bookmark masonry, not Readwise's highlight desk. For that desk see Readwise.

Alternatives

• Readwise — a highlight + Reader desk when you want Full $9.99 yearly after a 30-day trial, not Raindrop's Beautiful Web masonry.
• Anytype — a local-first PKM when you want Free 100MB / Plus $4, not All 1,366.
