Factory AI is a hosted Mission Control desk: you approve a /missions plan, and Pro is $20 / month. Use it when the job is a multi-feature agent plan you steer at a public $, not when you need a $20 chat seat.

What makes it unique: the cover is Factory’s official Mission Control TUI (RUNNING, Active Feature, Features 16/22, Progress Log, Active Worker running factory/init.sh and Playwright) from the Missions docs — not a pricing card. The panes themselves are ops of Mission Control. Factory bills $20 / $100 / $200 seats, not a chat seat.

• Missions / planning — /missions (also /mission): collaborate on features, milestones, and success criteria before code (overview). A plan, not the live TUI. 1–500 features is the published sweet spot.

The Features / Workers / Models / Resume footer on the cover is the same Mission Control pipeline (not a sixth desk). Pro / Plus / Max tiles are the meter. Teams $60 + $40/seat is the team meter, not a desk we fold into Mission Control.

Best fit: engineers who will buy Pro at $20 / month (desktop / CLI / SDK, cloud and local background agents) while they open a first Mission Control TUI, then Plus at $100 when they need ~5× Pro usage and Droid Computers.
