Our take
Pick Lucide if you're an engineer who want one MIT outline set they can vendor. Pick Phosphor Icons if you're on a design-eng team who want weights without Font Awesome’s kit meter. Skip Lucide if you're brands that need 10 styles or webfont kits (Hugeicons / Font Awesome). Skip Phosphor Icons if you're on a team that need Font Awesome’s brand kit + CDN seats (Font Awesome) or Lottie motion (LottieFiles).
