Our take
Pick AltTab if mac users on macOS 12+ who will stay on Free OSS while they switch a first same-app window — then Pro at $9.99 (current major) when they want Search / extra styles, not Magnet $4.99 first unless they want snap tiles. Pick Raycast if mac or Windows users who will stay on Free at $0 (launcher + File Search + community extensions; no AI credits) while they open a first .heic list, then Pro at $10/month
